Matthew is a seasoned economic and community development leader with 15+ years of experience. He has led initiatives at the Rockford Housing Authority, United Way, and RAEDC, where he championed neighborhood revitalization and business growth. As President of Eight Fifteen Capital, Matthew continues to drive strategic impact across the Midwest.

TERRANCE HALL
Co-Founder
Terrance brings over a decade of experience in economic development, site selection, and strategic consulting. As a former Director at World Business Chicago, he led major initiatives across sectors like biotech, logistics, and food & agtech. Terrance has worked with clients ranging from Waste Management and Volkswagen to global tech companies, guiding market expansion and public-private collaboration.
